3,000+ subscription businesses now run their affiliate, referral, and influencer programs on it. The brand, content, and community infrastructure hasn't matched that growth yet. That's the work these roles exist to do.

The team is small by design. You'll work directly with the founder, make decisions that ship, and see the results without waiting for a reporting cycle.
