How tier upgrades work:
Only new paying customers count toward your next tier. When you reach the 10th paying customer, your rate upgrades to 30% for that customer and all future referrals. Your first 9 customers continue to earn you 25% for the remainder of their 12-month window. The same logic applies when you reach 25 customers and move to the Pioneer tier.
